What Is Prayer & Fasting?
Prayer is simply a conversation with God. Fasting is simply giving something up to create space for God in our life. Fasting is when we choose to give up food in our lives to create a hunger and a desperation for God. When we pray and fast, we break that dependence that we have upon our flesh and the things of this world to create a hunger and a sensitivity towards God.
Take time to ask God how He's inviting you to pray and fast.
