Do You Smell Like Smoke?

DISCUSS & ENGAGE THE SCRIPTURES

Access our Bible App event with Scriptures and message notes from the weekend.

1. For new circles or circles with new people, have everyone introduce themselves and share their hope for circle this semester.

2. What are you hoping God does in your life as we have a conversation on fueling the fire?

3. Read Leviticus 6:8-9,12-13. When you think about your life with God, how would you describe your fire: is it a facade, like a gas-burning fireplace, or is it the real fire of God and how can you tell? Do you smell like smoke and does our circle smell like smoke?

4. Read 1 Peter 2:9. Is there anything the Holy Spirit is inviting you to repent of and/or be honest about as you tend your fire?

5. As you listen for the Holy Spirit, is He inviting you to put fuel on your fire or remove retardants from it, and how so?
