What is up Valley Creek Students, YOU are at student circles, where we talk about the weekend message, read the scriptures, and pray together!

You know how when you’re on Instagram or Tik Tok and you click on someone’s profile and you get to scroll through all these pictures and videos they’ve posted, essentially seeing a bunch of little glimpses of their lives? Well, this weekend was our Insta story weekend, and we got to hear from FOUR different leaders within the Valley Creek family and catch a glimpse of what God has been teaching them in this season. They have four different stories about how they’re following Jesus, what they’re learning about God, and what they’re learning about themselves. But not only is what they shared their story, it’s also our story. And it’s also truth that we get to now apply to our lives. So, let’s check this out:

So, what is God speaking to you through these stories?

Like we said, these aren’t just our communicators stories, they're our stories too, because each of them are rooted in truth. It is true for us that God has and is using hard things in our lives to help us become more like Him. It is true for us that we don’t have to worry about what’s in front of us because God is holding us in His hands. It is true for us that if we seek God with all of our heart and soul that we’ll be able to find Him. It is true for us that God is with us “even there” in the most hopeless of situations.

What do you need to claim as your story today? What truth do you need to hold onto because Valley Creek Students – just like God was writing a story in our leader’s lives, just like God is moving and speaking in their lives, He’s writing a story in your life too. He’s moving in your life, He is speaking to you, He cares for you, and He’s surrounding you.

So how can you NOW view something hard as His invitation to become more like Him? Where do you need to believe that God is safely holding your future in His hands? What does it look like for you to seek God with all of your heart and soul? And can you become more aware that God is with you…even there?

God is writing a story over all of us. Let’s not miss it.
