Self-Awareness is an essential quality of a great leader, and it simply means being aware of how God made you and how you present Jesus to the world around you. As disciples of Jesus and kingdom leaders, it's important that we practice self-awareness because it allows us to accurately represent Jesus to the lost, lonely, and broken people in the world around us.
