All right. Hey, everybody, welcome to Valley Creek. Hope is here. Everyone is welcome. And Jesus changes everything. Let me invite you to go ahead and find your seats for a moment. And if you're newer here, I want to welcome you today. My name is Jason. I get to serve as the campus pastor here. You came on a great day because we have so much to celebrate today. We're going to worship. We're going to celebrate baptisms. We're going to reflect on what God's been doing. We're going to respond by faith. We're even going to take communion. And so, if you're newer with us, I just want to say to you, we don't want anything from you. We want you to experience everything that Jesus has for you. We're so glad that you're with us today. We're going to experience what it is to be what Valley Creek's vision is. A movement of hope for the city and beyond. You see, in just a moment here, we're going to celebrate baptisms. And so many people are going to walk into the waters of baptisms. And they're going to be an exemplification of a movement of hope. That hope has moved into their lives. You see, we're a movement of hope for the city and beyond. But the gospel of Jesus is a movement of hope for all of creation. Well, what is the gospel? The gospel is simply the availability of the kingdom of God through the person and the work of Jesus. It is good news. And at Valley Creek, we use the three circles to really represent what the gospel is. What's happening today is that people are walking into the waters of baptism who have received the grace of Jesus. And because of that, they have a brand-new identity. They're no longer defined by their past. They're defined by the future that Jesus has for them. When you say yes to Jesus, you become a brand-new thing, a new identity in Him. And because of that, you can experience His presence. You can live an active relationship with God. God is not out there somewhere. He's very close. He's in here. He's available. You can experience His presence all the time, anywhere you are, whatever is going on in your life. And because you have that relationship, you live a life of releasing His kingdom. A life of purpose. A life of productive beauty. A life where you actually understand, "What am I here for? What is my life about?" So, all of these people are going to be stepping into a whole new realization of the gospel in their life, of the gospel of who they are and who God is and what they were created to do. Identity, relationship, and purpose. And because of that, they can step into a whole new purpose of actually joining Jesus in what He's doing in the world. Check this out in Matthew 28. "Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit." Therefore, go. And because people went, people here are stepping into the waters of baptism. And because people went for them and said, "I'm going to talk to you about who God is and His love for you." Because they were willing to go. To serve, to give, to love, to be kind, to speak life. Go. We got a mission. And the message is clear, and the mission is urgent. We got to go. Because lives are at stake. And today is an exemplification of people that went and had the conversation and discipled and loved on it. Because we as a church have gone. We get to see the fruit of it right now in baptism. But not just go, go and make disciples. What's a disciple? Well, the people that are walking into these waters today, they're disciples of Jesus. In fact, in just a moment, two people are about to walk in. One who's being baptized and one that is doing the baptism. And many times, here at Valley Creek, the one doing the baptism is the one that's been discipling them. What does that mean? It means teaching them to follow Jesus. A disciple is a student, a learner, a follower. One that becomes more like Jesus. So, to be a disciple is just to say, "Jesus is Lord, and I'm going to follow. Wherever He tells you to go, I'm going to follow Him." So, they'll say, "Is Jesus Lord and will you follow?" "Yes. Jesus is Lord, and I will follow." Well, based on that profession of faith, I baptize you now in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. See, we baptize in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit because it represents something. In the name of the Father means that I am truly loved by the Father. In the name of the Son means I have the grace of Jesus pouring all over my life. And in the name of the Spirit means I walk in the power of the Spirit from this point onwards. It means something. The love of the Father, the grace of the Son, the power of the Holy Spirit. And so, when they walk into those waters, they're walking in knowing that the love of the Father is pouring on them, the grace of the Son is all over them, and the Spirit is with them, empowering them to live a brand-new life. So, then based on that profession of faith, they're baptized under the water and back up out of the water, symbolizing the old life is gone, the new life is risen in Jesus' name. And kind of like that, we celebrate each and every one. When they come up out of that water, man, we cheer, we go for them, we clap, we celebrate. Why? Because there's someone that has a story and there's someone that has a future. They've got a story that Jesus has written and been with them in the past. Their future is following Jesus. And so, we celebrate. All of heaven celebrates when even one person comes to the Lord, and we do the same thing. So, at Valley Creek, we actually do baptisms during worship, and we worship, and we sing over them, and we sing to God for what He has done and what He is doing in their life. See, the scriptures say that up in heaven, God actually rejoices over us with singing. And so, we do the exact same thing here at Valley Creek during baptism. So, let me invite everybody. Go ahead and stand back up with me. Stand back up. It's a pretty exciting day because we are going to celebrate across Valley Creek, 155 people being baptized. Which is crazy. About 30 of those are going to be in this service. So, as those that are getting baptized start to come forward, here's what I want you to catch, Valley Creek. That makes about 400 baptisms over the course of this year. That would be enough to fill up. That's a really big deal. That would be enough to fill up the movement board literally every single spot with just the step of baptism. So, we celebrate each and every one of them. Here's what we want to do. To kick things off right now, we're going to do something kind of special. Every semester, our leaders and our staff team memorize a passage of scripture. And that is because we love God's Word and we take it into our hearts. So, this semester, this fall semester, we've been memorizing part of this scripture from 2 Corinthians. And I want to have all of us in one voice in unity. I want us to declare this out together, okay? So, one voice in unity. All of us declare the whole scripture. All right. It's about this long. So, we can do it all the way through. We're going to declare it over the people getting baptized. Ready?

If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: the old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting people's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making His appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: be reconciled to God. God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. As God's co-workers, we urge you not to receive God's grace in vain. For he says, “In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” I tell you, now is the time of God's favor, now is the day of salvation.

Yes, it is. God's favor. His salvation. This is what a movement of hope looks like. Let's go.

That's just our heart's cry. We want more of you, Jesus. And we want more of you in our church. And we want to see more of how you move in lives just like we just did. Thank you that we get to be a part of that. Thank you that we get to even like. It's an honor to be in the space today. It's an honor to see how you're moving, Jesus. Thank you. So, this week, we were invited to pray about and consider giving an offering towards a Missional Move: Create the Future. And all week long, many of you have been praying and wrestling with the Lord on what that might look like. And the chance to respond is right now. See, Missional Move: Create the Future is what the Lord has asked us to do over these next five years as a church. And the fruit of that, the fruit of what God has asked us to do, we've been watching it all day long. And so, for those of you that maybe want to give towards the commitment you made when we first announced it, or maybe you have already committed and you'd like to give above and beyond that, or maybe you just, you've been coming along, like since it's been happening and you want to join us in giving, this is the chance to respond, to give an offering and to lay it at the feet of Jesus. Look what it says here in 2 Corinthians. Each of you should give what you've decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And He's able to bless you abundantly so that in all things, at all times, having all you need, you will abound in every good work. It's not under compulsion, it's Christ's love that compels us. And God loves when we give cheerfully because we want to from the overflow. So, in just a moment, we're going to respond here as the band, as they sing the next worship, the next song. If you want to just give as a person, as a family, I want to invite you, have a moment during this time. Don't miss a chance to have a moment together. You can either give at the boxes if you want to give physically in the room, or many of us will choose to give digitally. That's the primary way that we give. But have a moment, maybe huddle together as a family, pray over it, bless it, speak life over the funds that are being given because they're going to be used for what God has called us to do. So, right now is the chance to respond, to give your offering at the feet of Jesus. So, Jesus, we just say, You're so worth it. You're worthy of this. This is Yours. And for everyone else, if you're newer with us, man, I just invite you to just enjoy this song. Enjoy the atmosphere full of faith, hope, and love. And let's just give this to Jesus. He's worthy of it.

Okay, you know what would be super appropriate now? To give a shout of praise to the Lord. Because you deserve it, God. You deserve it, Jesus. Thank you, God. Thank you, Lord. He's good. And we've seen His goodness on display all day long. Let me invite you to go ahead and find a seat. Once again, welcome to Valley Creek. Oh, man. Welcome to Valley Creek. What a time to be alive. And once again, if you're newer with us, I'm just so glad you get to be here today. It's an amazing day to be together. And I just want to start by just celebrating what I see in you, in us. I'm so proud of what the Lord is doing and how He's moving and all that He's done among us as we've gathered this whole fall.

You see, we've been in an amazing season of a collection of talks on movement and mission and maturity. All fall long, we've been talking about moving forward by faith and mission, and maturity. And God has been moving. And we've gotten to see it firsthand. And it's been absolutely incredible. And so, I just want to kind of recap a little bit of where we've been over this fall time. I want to remind us of what God has spoken. We love to value His word. And at Valley Creek, we believe that the word of God actually does transform and change and moves and creates among us. And so, let me just remind you of where we've been as a church this fall. So, for the first few months of the fall, we talked about movement, that we move forward with Jesus. We said at Valley Creek, we move forward taking next steps. We do what God says when He tells us to do it. We ask, we listen, and respond. And the reason that movement is so critical is that sometimes in life, as we walk forward, we run into a wall, we go through a valley. And the only way forward is to just keep moving in Jesus' name. To just keep taking one next step at a time, going where Jesus invites us to go. And so, movement really is evidence of life. In Him, we move, and we exist, and we have our being. We're alive. If we don't actually move, then we're not maybe spiritually alive. And so, movement is the proof of being alive in Jesus. And so, Jesus is that narrow gate that leads us to a wide-open life. When we pass through, when we keep following Jesus, He leads us to the widest life possible. And so, the reason that movement's so important is because we want to celebrate every single next step because every next step will lead to another, and we will keep moving forward by faith. And I'm happy to tell you that even just this week, we got to celebrate something kind of cool. This is the second time that we filled the movement board out in the atrium. So, on Wednesday, during students, we filled it up. That's well over 400 next steps taken. We've done that twice this fall. If you're doing the math, that means over 800 next steps taken as a campus, which is absolutely incredible. So, these on the movement board, what is that? These are just like the 10 foundational steps we hope everybody will take on their journey with Jesus. Things like salvation or baptism or join a circle or begin the reading plan or finish the reading plan. Choose to make Valley Creek your church. Say, "This is my place of worship." Invite somebody. A lot of the ones for students on Wednesdays are invitations that they're marking because there's so many invitations that are being made. So, we just celebrate each one of those. If you have not yet had a chance to take your step and mark your move, I want to invite you to do that. If you've taken one of those foundational 10 steps, it's time to celebrate it. On Sunday mornings, it's been like a yell session in the middle of services. Maybe people are just cheering for each other in between the services. And a lot of that's happening today as we celebrate all those steps of baptism. So, it is time truly to take our step and mark our move. So, that's movement. That was the first couple months. And then, we got into talking about mission. And we said that mission is just using all of my life to help people discover and experience the availability of the kingdom of God through the person and the work of Jesus. All my life, the whole thing. Mission isn't just something I do sometimes. It's everything that I do. It's my life to help people discover who Jesus is. There's a missional fire that burns in the heart of God. May that missional fire burn in our heart. God has this desire to see all people come to know Him, to follow Him, to be with Him. And He gives us a chance to be the hands and the feet of Jesus to everyone we meet. We talked about the importance of truly loving your neighbor, your nearby, not your farbor, your neighbor, the person that's right in front of you, the person you have contact with all the time. A lot of us think about missions like all the way across the world. And it is, but for us, it's the person that's right in front of us. Who is that neighbor in our life? You see, Jesus moved into our neighborhood with grace and truth. And when grace moves in, mission flows out. When grace and truth comes to this house, this house is filled with a missional fire that says, "I got to go have a conversation. I got to go meet my neighbor. I got to go love them." But being the hands and the feet of Jesus, missional outflow is grace flowing into my life, receiving it for myself. And then, we moved on to maturity. And that's where we've been for the last couple weeks as a church. And it's been so good. We're maturing. We're growing. Why? Because movement leads to mission. Mission leads to maturity. Jesus says, "Come follow me and I will make you fishers of men." They talk into a bunch of fishermen. He says, "You're going to fish for people. Come follow me, move. You're going to fish for people, mission, and I will make, form, maturity, grow." It's Him who makes. Jesus is the one that makes us. We talked about how a lot of us, if we're honest, we're in church for a long time, but we don't necessarily mature at the same level every single year because of not going on mission and not moving forward by faith. For a lot of us, we have 20 years in church, but not necessarily 20 years of maturity. We have one year of maturity 20 times. And so, to move forward and to go on mission and to follow Jesus is how we truly move forward in maturity. We said that as a society, as a people, if you ever knew a baby or a little child that didn't ever actually keep growing and maturing, that'd be like a three alarm fire, like, "Warning, warning, warning, this is not good." But for some reason, we miss the same thing when it comes to our spiritual journey. We don't have that same urgency when it comes to maturing forward in faith. And many of us are stuck because we've been digesting only milk and not solid food. Solid food is for the mature, who by constant training have been understanding who they are in Jesus and what their righteousness is. Milk is trying to drink something that's been digested by someone else, and they feed it to us. And so, that's why having a love for God's word and memorizing and doing some of these spiritual practices we do at Valley Creek are so important. We're helping walk forward into new steps of maturity. We said a journey with Jesus is come as you are, but become who you were created to be. Many of us have learned it as come as you are and kind of just stay that way. But that's not the way forward. We're always changing. We're always becoming who Jesus has called us to be. We said the evidence of maturity is love and obedience, being soft and surrendered. Love and obedience and soft and surrendered. The question I'd have for everybody is, "When you look at your life right now, do you find yourself more loving and more obedient? Are you softer, and are you surrendered?" Because that is the proof of maturing in Jesus, becoming a person of love. And then, we were encouraged out of Ephesians chapter 4 to recognize that there's only one way to truly grow in maturity. That is to follow spiritual leadership and to have Godly relationships. To choose to place my life in the hands of spiritual leadership that can love me and speak into me and encourage me and to find Godly relationships in this church to learn about and talk about and become like Jesus together. And we were all encouraged to have three to five Godly relationships in this church. That was an encouragement from now, really through the end of the year, to begin to build that. And so, how's that going? How's finding some of those Godly relationships in this church? Not just high school friends, not just the state you moved from, but here inside this church family because that's the only way to truly become mature. And so, that's a little bit of where we've been.

But let me tell you a little bit of the stories of how that's impacting our church and the stories that I'm hearing across Valley Creek. I'll start with this one. I heard a great story of movement by a guy here named Jason. Not this Jason, another Jason. Allow myself to introduce myself. Not this Jason, a guy named Jason. And he had been at Valley Creek for quite a while, but he just recently has started to realize, man, he really wants to be the leader in his home. And so, he decided to start taking steps, moving forward by faith, got in a circle, got on a serve team, started spiritual practices. And I was even so encouraged when he said, "For the first time in my life, I memorized scripture this year." Wow, that's incredible. Because we love God's word. And when it gets inside of us, everything inside of us changes. And so, now, instead of kind of looking around and wondering if maybe he's being led by his kids and the family, he's leading his family. He's leading his home. He's moving forward by faith. And so, one next step can lead to another. And amazing things happen when we take next steps. Proud of his movement. Here's another fun story. Another fun story is that we've been talking about the city and beyond here at Valley Creek. We're a movement of hope for the city and beyond. And we've announced that we're going to have a seven-continent strategy. We're going to reach out to different people of peace in different parts of the world. And we're going to resource them and pray for them and connect to them. But what's so interesting is God seems to be bringing the beyond to us. And on Wednesday nights, we have a lot of foreign exchange students who have started to be invited and come and are accepting the invitation. And one of those students was invited by another student. His name is Luca. And Luca comes to us from the country of Brazil. And when he first started coming, to be honest with you, he was really enjoying it, but he didn't really understand the spiritual aspect of what was going on. In fact, one night somebody prayed for him and he wasn't exactly sure what they were doing or why they were praying for him. And you could tell that it was a little unnerving. Like, "I'm not really sure what's happening." And as he continued to come and as he continued to have the leaders lead him and lean into his circle leaders, eventually, one night, he basically asked the question, "What is saved?" What is saved? That's a really good question. I think that's worth talking about. And so, the circle leader explained to him out of Romans 10:9-10, "If you confess through your mouth and believe in your heart Jesus Christ is Lord, you will be saved." And so, he received Jesus that night. And you could see it in him. You could see it in countenance. You could see it in his joy. You could see it in how he's interacting and responding and starting to make so much more sense. And he actually said, "I'm going to miss all of you. But when I go back, I'm not just going back, I'm taking Jesus with me." That was so great. I'm also happy to tell you that he is scheduled to be baptized today. So, that's awesome. And so, now a movement of hope for the city and beyond, the beyond is coming to us as every Wednesday we have students coming from Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Czech Republic, Spain, Sweden, and Mexico. And I don't even know if that's all of them, but that's incredible. So, we're celebrating what God is doing as mission is just flowing among our students. That is incredible. Let me give you another story on mission. This one is greatest. All right. This story is about a guy named Michael. He owns a lawn mowing company. And one day he's just having a bad day and interacts with his client that's there at their yard and is just talking with them. And they make an invitation, initial invitation to Valley Creek. Now, he's thankful for that. He doesn't think much of it. I had talked to him on the phone. He goes, "I was a little bit confused because I thought the name of the church was Valley Forge." And I was like, "I think that might have to do with George Washington, but that's fine." And so, he did not take the initial invitation. A second customer invited him to come and experience Valley Creek. And that's when something started to click. And he wondered, "Oh, maybe God is trying to get my attention." And then, went and had a third conversation again about Valley Creek. And so, he has started coming with his daughter. They are experiencing the hope of Jesus. They are changing. They are growing. That is awesome. Two of the best stories when I talked to him is that sometimes she'll come in to worship with him. And so, he learned to worship a little bit like this with his hands. And he says, "Every once in a while, she'll just take my elbow and go." And lift it a little higher in the air. Because she just, she loves to worship with him. And this is the thing, this is the one. So, they both chose to get baptized this weekend. Her birthday was yesterday. And she said, "I'm excited about my birthday, but I'm more excited to get baptized." And that is beautiful. So, hope is on the move. Because we probably have dozens more stories we could piece together all across our church family. And that is incredible. So, thank Jesus for what He's doing in movement and mission. And we are becoming more mature. We're growing. We're changing. And stories of life change are happening all over the place, which is a really, really beautiful thing.

So, I guess my question would be, "How about you? How about you? Are you moving? Are you moving on mission? Are you maturing?" So, we want to take a moment to just take some time to reflect on all that God has spoken to us. And once again, even if you're newer, you can reflect with us and just try to take stock of life as it is right now. So, let me invite you. Go and get your journal and your pen. Go and get something to write on. Every weekend when you come, I want to encourage you, bring a journal, bring a pen. And part of that is because that is just an act of humility to be like, "Jesus, I value your voice, and I want to write down what you are speaking to me." And so, grab a journal, grab a pen, grab something to write this, write down upon. Every time we answer some of these questions, it's an act of faith. It's an act of humility. It helps move us forward. Let's all admit sometimes it's hard to remember all the things that are going on up here. And so, it's really important to write it down so that we can run with it in our life. So, here's the first question. I'm going to give you about two minutes to respond to it. The first question I have for you is, "What's one thing that might be keeping you from maturity that you need to surrender?" Remember, soft and surrendered to the Lord. "And what would that look like?" One thing you heard about this fall, maybe one thing the Lord is even speaking to you right now. What's keeping you from stepping forward? Take a few minutes and reflect on that, and write down the answer. I'm believing God is speaking. I'm believing God is revealing. As a church, we highly value His voice in our life.

Here's the second question. "What was the heart of what God was trying to say to you this fall?" Even if you weren't here for all of it, what was God speaking? What was the tone, the tenor? What was He trying to speak to you during this last season of your life? Take a moment and write that down.

The next question is just simply, "How do you need to respond?" See, we're not just hearers of the word, we're also doers. And when we move, we go on mission, we begin to mature. How do you need to respond to what God has said? Is it that conversation? Is it the forgiveness to extend? Is it generosity and reaching them with generosity in your life? Is it making that invitation? Is it choosing to think and to think differently with God? How do you need to respond as we move into this next season? Take a few minutes and write that down. God is good, and He's good to us, and He speaks to us in ways we can understand and reveals one next step at a time. The shepherd knows the sheep, the sheep know the shepherd, and they hear His voice. So, I'm believing by faith that you're going to continue to not just ask, but also listen and also respond by faith. You see, the whole collection of talks this fall will have been wasted if we don't actually take steps forward, if we don't move forward by faith. So, one of the things that we're going to challenge everybody in the church to do is between now and the end of the year, to hear from the Lord and take steps of movement and mission. Here's what I mean. Every year as a church, we usually do something called Thanksgiving groceries. But this year instead of that, we want to disperse it to each one of us so that we can hear for ourselves and we can go on mission to our neighbor. And so, what could that look like for you between now and the end of the year to take one step forward in movement on mission towards someone else? Maybe it's helping them, giving them something, groceries to them, a meal, serving, forgiving, blessing them. I don't know, but the Holy Spirit does. And He wants to invite you to hear that and to step forward by faith. Imagine what it would look like if every person in our church took one next step, one move towards mission, towards whatever God laid out for them. What would happen across North Texas? What would happen across the world if we move forward by faith? So, that is a challenge for each of us. As we come into the holiday season, what's one way you can move forward on mission? Ask the Lord for it and respond by faith.

Alright. As we finish out our time, we're going to do it in the very best way possible. We're going to take communion. So, as our teams come forward to begin to distribute communion, I want to remind you that communion is for anybody who has said, "Jesus is my Lord," and they follow Him. If that's you, you're welcome to take here at Valley Creek. And communion really is a reminder of Jesus's strategy, what He came to do. You see, He was all about movement and mission, and even He experienced some maturity. Here's what I mean. Jesus moved into our neighborhood full of grace and truth. He went on mission to seek and save that which was lost. And the scriptures even say that He grew in wisdom and stature in favor with God and man. So, He Himself experienced everything that it was like to both be a human and be fully God and mature forward. And He was able to experience that through so much of His loving obedience. Jesus, He moved to us. He came to us at our time of need. He made His life the mission. Because you and me and everybody that stepped into the waters of baptism today, they were on His mind. They were on His heart. It's for this reason that He came. And He teaches us and shows us how to be reminded of who He is and what He's done. That's what communion does. It reminds us every single time of the grace that Jesus so freely gave us. Grace. Undeserved favor. Supernatural empowerment. Grace. Jesus got what I ultimately deserved so I could get what He deserved. Grace. It's so unexpected. You don't see it coming. And when He moved on mission to us and brought us His grace, everything changed. So, I'm so thankful for the grace of Jesus in my life. And I'm so thankful for a church that moves forward by faith, knowing that as we do, as we move on mission towards maturity, we're experiencing, receiving more and more and more and more of the grace of Jesus. So, even for you today, maybe a lot of what I've been saying sounds good, but you don't fully even understand or comprehend it. Can I just encourage you, receive His grace afresh? Receive who Jesus is and what He's done. Jesus, I don't want to go my way, I go your way. I don't want to be the one that moves my life, you move my life. My mission is not just for myself, it's for them. It's outside of myself. And I want to mature, and I want to grow, and I would become more like you. Receive a fresh dose of His grace. You see, communion is a reminder of the body and the blood of Jesus. The bread is like His body; the cup is like His blood. He gave His body for us. He gave His blood and poured it out for us. He moved on mission, and now He is far more than mature. And now He is exalted above everyone, above all names, above all powers, above all authorities. He's given the name above all names. That's Jesus. And so, when it comes to communion is this constant reminder of who He is and what He's done, of His movement, His mission, and the invitation for us to follow Him in maturity. So, Jesus, on the night He was betrayed, He took a hold of the bread, and He looked at His disciples, and He said, "This bread is like my body. It's going to be broken for you. I'm going to be broken so that you can be made whole. And I'm going to be broken so that you can be made whole and not just for yourself, for them, to be sent on a life of mission, to be sent on a life of following and of learning more about who you are and who God is and what you've been created to do." So, every time that we take this bread together, we do it in remembrance of Him. Let's take it. In the same way Jesus took a hold of the cup in front of His disciples, He says, "This is like a brand-new agreement between God and man. It's going to be paid for your sins. Your sins are going to be forgiven. And now you can step forward into this relationship with God, into this brand-new life, this brand-new purposeful living because of what I have done. So, every time that you drink of this cup, do it in remembrance of me." Let's do that together.

So, Jesus, we just thank You for exactly what You have done. You have sent us to move on mission and to become more like You. That's what I pray over each of us right now on the end of what's been an incredible fall, an incredible day of seeing Your life on display. I declare over our church that we will move in Jesus' name. And we will absolutely go on mission. And we'll have the conversations, and we'll take the chances, and we'll be willing to get outside of ourselves, and we'll do it because they are worth it. And because we do, we're going to mature, and we're going to change, and we're going to transform. So, I pray that over everybody, I pray it all over Valley Creek, over all of our campuses, over each person that we would move forward by faith and that we would be drastically different a year, two years, 10 years from now looking more and more like who Jesus is, looking more and more like people of love that we do all these things in Jesus' name, amen.
