Your work doesn't determine who you are; who you are determines how you work. In Jesus, we have a new identity. Now we are, by definition, free, holy, righteous, successful, and worthy. We don't have to strive for acceptance; we get to live from a place of acceptance. Jesus' work determines who we are; we now get to rest in His finished work.
