Hebrews 11:1 says, "Faith is being sure of what we hope for, and certain of what we do not see." In other words, faith is the ability to see what can be in the midst of what is. It takes faith to see people the way that Jesus sees them! Sometimes, we struggle to see the redemptive potential in people because we've lost sight of how Jesus sees us. We forget the fact that, even at our worst, Jesus still considered us worthy of dying for. Therefore, we should be willing to do whatever it takes to reach others.
