Gratitude Reminds Us That We Need Other People

If you're wondering what God's will is for your life, you can find it in 1 Thessalonians 5:18: “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” There it is – gratitude. While it may not always be easy to express gratitude, let’s take some time today, even if we don’t feel like it, to express gratitude for those around us.

If you’re with family or friends, take a moment and tell someone you’re with one specific thing you’re thankful for. If you’re not able to be with family or friends today, grab a piece of paper, write a letter expressing your thankfulness, and mail it to one of your family members or friends.
