The Bible says those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed. You see, it’s not always about you or your struggle. You don’t have to wait to be perfect before living out your purpose. One of the reasons Jesus lived mentally free is because He never lost sight of His purpose to serve others.

In this session, we discover that one of the greatest things we can do for mental health is to choose to get outside of ourselves and serve someone.
